- Is this typical? Yes/No
- Do you tend to worry?
- Do you find yourself "awfulizing"?
- Do you tend to exaggerate what happens and make it a catastrophe?
- When someone asks you to do something, do you feel put out?
- When something good happens, do you consider it luck?
- When something good happens do you give yourself credit for it? (The response 'Not usually' is a 10, 'Sometimes' a 5 and 'Yes' is scored 0)
- Do you focus on failure?
- I see the potential or opportunity in my experiences. ('Not Usually' is a 10, 'Sometimes' is a 5 and 'Usually' is a 0)
- Do you compare yourself to others?
- When I am in a group, I feel responsible for everyone.
- People tell me I am negative
- I focus on what can go wrong so I do not get disappointed.
